Get in touch
The easiest thing is to tell me what’s not working. You don’t need to know what you need yet, and you don’t need to have a budget in mind. Most first conversations start with “the website’s old and the enquiries don’t go anywhere”, and that’s plenty.
I’ll read it, have a look at whatever you’ve sent, and come back with whether I can help and roughly what it would involve. If I’m not the right person I’ll say so and, where I can, point you at who is.
Send me a note
Or email me at [email protected], or call 07857 071 001. I’m in Bristol and I work UK hours.
How I work

On my own, and with AI writing the code alongside me. I specify the work, make the decisions, test everything and own the result. That’s why one person can now do what used to take a team, and it’s why the judgement about what to build is the whole job.
I don’t do discovery calls with a script, and I don’t do proposals that run to forty pages. If the job’s clear after a conversation, you get a short written note saying what I’ll do, what it’ll cost and when it’ll be done, and that’s the agreement.
What things cost
I’d rather say roughly than make you ask.
A website, built to be found. From £5,000, with most between £6,000 and £15,000, for a site like the ones on the work pages, depending on how many pages there are, whether there’s an existing site with a history to carry over, and how much of the copy already exists. The Claims Bible rebuild was a bigger job than most because of the 690 pages and the regulatory work around them.
Hosting and looking after the site. From £200 a month. That covers hosting on infrastructure I run, the monthly audit, keeping the measurement working, small copy changes, and a written note each month of what I did and what the numbers say. It doesn’t cover new pages or new features, which get quoted separately.
Search, systems and ongoing marketing. Usually a monthly retainer, from £1,500 a month, with most between £2,000 and £4,000, with a list of what’s in it and a written note each month of what happened. Most of my longer relationships, Express Encapsulation over five years and Claims Bible since 2021, have run this way.
Regulated-sector work. Quoted per job, because the compliance work around it varies more than the marketing does. If you’ve already got a compliance function, it’ll cost less.
Those are ranges rather than prices because I haven’t seen your site yet. They’re here so you know whether we’re in the same neighbourhood before you write.
What happens next
You write. I reply within a couple of days. If it looks like a fit, we talk for half an hour, and after that you get the short written note. There’s no obligation at any point before you say yes to that note.
